This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of GPS-enabled products (collectively, “Products”) purchased through the Garmineo website (the “Website”). By placing an order with Garmineo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the shipping rules, timelines, and requirements outlined below. This Policy is supplementary to Garmineo’s Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy—any conflicts will be resolved in favor of the Terms of Purchase.

1. Shipping Coverage & Eligibility

Garmineo offers global shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. We do not restrict shipping based on domestic or international locations, with the following exceptions:

  • Countries subject to international trade sanctions, export controls, or legal restrictions (e.g., regions where GPS technology is regulated or prohibited by local law).
  • Remote locations with limited logistics infrastructure (e.g., certain island territories, conflict zones) where carriers cannot provide reliable delivery.

If your shipping address is in a restricted region, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of order placement to cancel the order and issue a full refund (per our Refund Policy). 3.1 Excluded Fees (Not Covered by Garmineo)

While shipping is free, the following fees are your responsibility (if applicable):

  • Customs Duties & Import Taxes: For international orders, local customs authorities may impose duties, taxes, or import fees based on the destination country’s regulations. These fees are calculated by the local government and collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Garmineo does not collect or control these fees, and they are not included in the Product price or shipping cost.
  • Address Correction Fees: If you provide an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address (e.g., missing apartment number, wrong city), the carrier may charge a fee to redirect the package. This fee will be invoiced to you, and delivery may be delayed until the fee is paid.

4. Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery, you must provide a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address at checkout. This includes:

  • Full recipient name (matching government-issued ID for international deliveries).
  • Street address (including apartment, suite, or unit number, if applicable).
  • City, state/province, and postal/zip code (formatted correctly for the destination country).

We are not liable for:

  • Delayed or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
